New free housing search tool for Nijmegen student athletes

Finding a room or house in Nijmegen is a challenge for many students.
There are many different websites, some even require a subscription, and it's not always clear whether advertisements are still accurate. At the same time, we find that having a room in Nijmegen is often a key requirement for becoming active in a board, committee, or association.
That's why the NSSR wants to point student athletes to Kijkie.nl , a free online housing search tool created by a former student who herself found herself stuck in the rental market. Kijkie automatically searches more than 280 Dutch rental websites simultaneously and displays the results in an overview.

It is free to use; no subscription is required.
Kijkie does not sell data and does not work for landlords or real estate agents.
You can search in Nijmegen and the surrounding area, but also in other cities if you plan to live there (later).
Nijmegen student athletes can create a free account and set up a personalized search using the link below. You'll receive an email notification as soon as new rooms or accommodations that match your search become available.
We hope that this will make it feasible for more students to live in Nijmegen and become active in student sports.
